Fronius Smart Meter

All Sunshine Coast Fronius solar power systems come with monitoring of the system generation however you can take that to the next level by installing an optional Fronius Smart Meter – with this device correctly installed you can see at a glance exactly how much energy your solar power system is producing and how much of that power is being self-consumed by your home.

In addition, the Smart Meter can be used in conjunction with the integrated energy relay available in all Galvo, Primo and Symo Fronius inverters to turn appliances on and off when there is sufficient excess power to do so.

Suitable appliances include Heat Pumps, electric hot water systems (with a maximum of a 2.4kW element) and swimming pool pumps.

Data from the meter is available to view on the Free Fronius Solar.web app for your Android or iPhone or via www.solarweb.com.

Fronius Monitoring with the Fronius Smart Meter

With the Fronius solar power Smart Meter you can see at a glance exactly how much of the solar energy generated is self-consuming and how much is being exported to the grid. You can also see a 24 hour overview of the system showing how much power is used throughout the day.
